All orders are shipped from warehouses located in Hong Kong or Mainland China.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.


Duties and Taxes

Tutufox covers all applicable duties and taxes. Customers do not need to pay any customs fees.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Pre-order or restock items may require longer processing times, and you will be notified via email.


Address Confirmation

Please confirm your shipping address before completing your purchase, as this is the address we will ship to.
If you need to modify your shipping address, please email support@tutufox.com.

within 24 hours of placing your order. Otherwise, we will ship to the address provided at checkout.

Note: If a shipment is undeliverable due to customer-related reasons (e.g. wrong address, recipient unavailable, or refusal), the package may be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for return and reshipping costs.

Delays and Limitations

Tutufox is not responsible for delays caused by:

  1. Shipping to remote areas, which may add 1–2 days to delivery time.
  2. Delays or non-delivery caused by recipient actions, including but not limited to: changing the shipping address after dispatch, providing incomplete or incorrect address or contact information, or refusing delivery. Any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Force majeure events such as unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, including but not limited to: weather conditions, transportation disruptions, communication failures, government actions, postal policy changes, war, natural disasters, and similar events.
  4. Deliveries on weekends, national holidays, or during public holidays when mail or packages cannot be delivered.
  5. Delivery to addresses where couriers cannot access, such as schools, workplaces, or gated residential communities.
